Returns & Exchanges

Veneda Carter offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that all international orders and archive sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original documentation to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
